Theatre to me isn't a job: it is my way to read the world, to interact with the world, to be in the world. It all starts with a falling-in-love with a play. I love the spoken word: to perform it, to direct it, to translate it, to teach it, to write it. I did all of that, in different places, in different countries, in different positions, within different frameworks. I would like to continue doing so. The strong theatrical text is like music, in a way, thus it is rhythm, structure in time. Theatre as real-time-art is like life: an illusion, a reflection, a glimpse, struggling to leave a trace.
